On Friday, March 15, 2019 I had the fish dinner at 19th Hole, Approximately 5 1/2 hours later I got terrible sick with vomiting, the worst stomach cramps with diarrhea. It last about 2 hours and then I was wiped out the rest of the night and the next day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

This is the second time getting the fiesta lime chicken. Each time it looked undercooked. This time it's been 3 days and I'm still throwing up and can't hold any other food down! I will never eat at an Applebee's again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
