my diet had changed over the last few days other than that Hershey's pie, and I'm definitely not "sick", I've just had diarrhea for a few days. I was up since 2:00 am going back and forth from the bathroom. It is now 6:30 am and I am currently on my fourth bathroom trip. I had a burrito bowl with chicken around 4 pm. Felt fine up too when I went to bed around 12 am. Woke up in middle of night with stomach churning and pains. Threw up 3 times around 6 am .  | Symptoms: Vomiting
