Ordered a flamethrower meal & a chicken meal for the wife about 5 or 6 pm right around 12 am be both became very Sick with vomiting , stomach pains and diarrhea needless to say it wasn’t a good night  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

I love my lucky charms but dont like like having stomach pains and diarrhea. It's the only cereal that I like. Bought from here for the last 5 years and yes always had stomach pains and diarrhea after eating it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

I had for dinner and I ended up really ill. I ended up having diarrhea. The diarrhea was so painful, I had lightheadedness, nausea, and confusion. I'm not sure if it was food poisoning, but this is the sickest I've ever been in a long time, so I'd say it's plausible.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Lightheaded, Confusion
