I had a veggie sub from this restaurant which included spinach, pickles, cucumbers, onions. I ate the sub Sunday night and by Monday at noon I was the most nauseous and sick I have ever been. Vomiting and diarrhea. It took about 24 hours to feel better but I felt like I was going to die. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
