Ate a salad from the express case, I was alone. Picked up a Taco Salad with chicken. Within a half hour I felt strong urge to use the bathroom and burping with the taste of needing to vomit. with  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Burping

Ate a lobster roll at Festivale at about 1pm. Felt mild then intense nausea around 630pm. Vomited at 7pm. Later lower intestinal cramps and diarrhea. This was the only food eaten since a bagel eaten at 7am.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I ate a filet, brussel sprouts, and creamed spinach. Three hours later I was the sickest I have ever been in my life for 6 straight hours. I had to call a Dr. to my room and he gave me a shot that finally put a stop to the sickness so I could keep liquid down.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
