my mother and I both shared house wings and fries. I almost instantly got diarrhea after eating the wings. She had bad vomiting 5am the next day with horrid stomach pains. When she called me the next morning I realized it was the wings that got us sick. We went 1/28/2019  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

My daughter has food poisoning from Taco Bell. She had two soft tacos around 6:30 pm on 2/25/18 and by 6:15 am on 2/26/18 the vomiting and diarrhea started. It is so bad she is unable to make it to the bathroom without an accident. You can… See more

I Unfortunately ate the shamrock shake at night my friends dad bought us something from McDonald's. Later that night I felt great but then I got a migraine and around 4 in the morning uncontrollable diarrhea started up with terrible cramps in my stomach.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Migraine
