I ate lunch and about an hour later it wasn't sitting right in my stomach. I came home from work and about 5 hours after I ate it I was throwing everything up. That's when the diarrhea began and it's been going all night and now into the following day  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

I felt nauseous a day after eating chipotle and went to the emergency room after vomiting. I have been sick ever since and have had diagnosises of parasites from contaminated food and bacteria from contaminated food or water as well.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Had the broccoli cheddar soup. Within 30 minutes was having terrible stomach pain and diarrhea. My fiancé, who had only a few spoon fulls of my soup, had the same symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
