04/12 update: Purchased from Weis Markets 1112 W Wyomissing Blvd, West Lawn, PA 19609 Symptoms subsided after 24 hrs. Just wanted to report because it was so obvious; one quick search and I found I wasn't alone. Honey Nut Cheerios Mega Size.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

My 8yo daughter and I both experienced symptoms after small bowls with milk — mine was nausea and diarrhea immediately after eating and on and off going on a day, while she woke up about 11 hours later with stomach cramps and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
