Just got off work. Grabbed a double whopper with cheese. Everything on it. And fries. Ate everything as soon as I got home. Took a nap to only wake up with horrible stomach pain. I was puking and had diarrhea all night long.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

5 family members and I went there around 10am. We did not go anywhere else to eat after that and by 3 in the afternoon 4 of us were sick. I was so sick I just had to kneel in the shower as everything “left my body”.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other

I went yesterday and thought I was just having cramps the day before my period. But I had diarrhea too and I didn’t get my period the next day. It only started after I ate, which is when I started to get slight stomach pain, which slowly kept escalating  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
