Today 2-28-19 I had an egg McMuffin. Within hours I was sicker than I have ever been in my entire life. I’ve gotten medication that has eased it a bit, but if my fever doesn’t go down soon I’m heading to the ER.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate boneless wings with a medium heat buffalo type of sauce with fries, toast, and celery with ranch. I didn't eat all of the fries. A few hours later I experienced nausea, vomiting, and diharrea, never eating here again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
