Ate taco pizza. Crunchy taco supreme and pink lemonade around 12 pm. 830 upset nauseated stomach. Threw up all night and next day. Stayed in bed all day. My last taco bell ill never eat there again  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

My 2 year old daughter ate the chicken nuggets yesterday evening and is now frequently vomiting this morning. This makes the 3rd time she has gotten sick from them. All the chicken nuggets have been from different McDonald's.  | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting

Received food which looked old and reheated and sent it back.Almost all the food we received was like this.Went home and almost immediately was on the toilet.Spent most of the evening lie this and woke up in hot sweats.I also am now very nauseous.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
