10/29/2021, I got it on 10/28/2021 around 6pm and this morning on 10/28/2021 around 7am I experienced extreme diarrhea, stomach pain, and gas. I had an original chicken sandwich, onion rings, and a vanilla iced coffee when I ate there.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Gas

My wife picked up lunch around 10:30am on 7-13-21. She got me a chicken pot pie which tasted fine but about 2 hours after I got violently ill. Not only nausea and vomiting but I felt like someone had punched me in the stomach.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
