Friday evening I took a couple of spoon fulls of the Turkey soup I tried for the 1st time and I vomited and had diarrhea every 20-30 minutes all night, tried to call the local store no answer. Calling corporate first thing in the morning (Monday)  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered off the 2 for 25 menu I got the burger and the steak stir fry. I got home got in bed was asleep for about an hour and a half then got up with diarrhea and vomiting at the same time  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
