After purchasing 3 mcdoubles.. Two for me and 1 for my brother.. We ate and the next morning I woke I spent the whole of my day vomiting and diarrhea while my brother had diarrhea majority of the day.. I'm still recovering and this was 3 days ago  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting

Worst pain I've ever been in.... missed work because of it. Not able to leave the toilet ... cramps, nausea, fever, throwing up .... all over 4 tacos I got at 9 pm when I hadn't had a single thing to eat all day ! Just terrible !!!!
