Ate at chipotle Tuesday (4/5/2017) for lunch started feeling sick that evening. Fever, pain, etc. Went to ER 4/6 where after blood work and CT I was diagnosed with infectious colitis and placed on multiple antibiotics, pain medicine, etc.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

ordered 2 20 piece wing sections garlic & habanero mango with a side of blue cheese..within 6 hours I was walking up to sweating, nausea and diarrhea. ( only food I had all day since I came straight from work to wingstop. )  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
