I had shrimp pasta; bread Sticks and salad, about two hours later I had diarrhea I had to leave work, I was vomiting, & still doing so as we speak it's now 9:37 pm I ate Olive Garden at lunch, this has been so painful. Never eating it again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Picked up food from Taco Bell for lunch on the way home from the store. Then started to feel nauseous around 6pm. That was the only thing I had to eat yesterday. By 7am this morning I had full blown diarrhea and vomiting  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
