3-4hours later experiencing above symptoms. Had grilled chicken breast, steak & side of dumplings. Stomach is in extreme duress. Only thing I ate today so I'm suspecting food poisoning  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
