Ordered double double cheeseburger and fries on 3/25/26 as take out. Ate meal shortly after leaving restaurant when I arrived home.

Woke up on 3/26/26 which stomach cramps, frequent diarrhea, chills, nausea, headache, fever.

I had about 1/2 of a cobb salad. I got a small headache about two hour after eating it. My stomach started cramping and then the diarrhea started. I had nausea for about 3 hours, then vomited.
