Just got out of work and wanted a quick breakfast before bed. Went and got my 3 sausage burritos from there and with in an hour or so I felt pain in my stomach. Tried to sleep it off but I can’t take it and vomited and had diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
