Ate chili cheese burrito and nachos supreme and a couple of nacho fries around 1:30 pm. Started feeling nauseous around 4. Threw up multiple times. One time very violently.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

The night of July 21st 2017 I woke up at 3am with severe stomach pain and diarrhea, diarrhea turned to vomiting and this lasted for a few hours. There was a number of smaller episodes throughout the night and into the morning  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
