Went there on Saturday the 13th of Aug. I ate the chopped salad with apples and walnuts and bacon. Within 4 hours was super sick to my stomach. Extremely nauseous, stomach cramps, headache and sever diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Headache
