I got the “tuna” sandwich yesterday and I only ate half of it because my stomach was already rumbling from it. My stomach felt hard and bloated till about 4 hours later I threw up 3 times within 1 hour. Then today I’ve had diarrhea 5 times. My stomach is in so much pain I hope it goes away soon.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bloating, Stomach Pain

Crab Rangoons. Two of us ate Crab Rangoons, we noticed they did not have that cream cheese flavor or texture and they were off. The next day we were both extremely sick. This happened last week 1/22/21
I had a papadia with tomatoes and mushrooms and began feeling gassey immediatly. Within 1 hour i was vomiting and spent 24 hours with diarrhea and stomache cramps. And low grade fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Gas
