I ordered a small wings split between honey bbq and parmasean garlic. I got home and started feeling nauseous. Thinking it was stress I tried to sleep it off. By midnight I was up and vomiting and I had liquid diarrhea. I've never been in so much pain in my life  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate chipotle at 6: 30 p.m. At around midnight, I woke up with severe nausea, followed by diarrhea and vomiting for an hour. I took some Nauzene and was eventually able to fall back asleep around 3 a.m.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate Qdoba late June 28, started feeling nauseous in the middle of the night. Have had diarrhea all of the 29th as well as nausea, lightheadedness, and headaches. Today symptoms are persistent but fading.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache, Lightheaded
