We went out to eat around 9pm and I ate sweet potatoe fries, and three cheese chicken penne. All was very good until 1 am I threw up about 6 times in ten minute intervals. I got the chills and a fever.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

Turkey, provolone cheese sub sandwich, jalapeños, lettuce, yellow peppers. My usual. Ended up throwing up all night long with diarrhea. Couldn't hold water down for almost 12 hours. Woke up the next day not sick and just needing water. Now 24 hours later I am back to normal.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
