Stop on her way back from San Antonio and bought me a barbecue sandwich. I ate only a quarter of it. The next morning I started feeling so badly. On June 8th around 10am ate a Get Go breakfast sandwich (bacon egg and cheese croissant.). A headache started in the evening followed by severe nausea, vomiting, body aches, abdominal pain. Got 2 boxes of pier 33 gourmet fully cooked mussels. Within a hour or 2 after eating I experienced extreme stomach pains, diarrhea and vommiting.
