Had a big mac meal last night about 10. Started to feel hot and have stomach ache at 11.30ish got worse through the night got nausea and upset stomach I feel any minute I might start being sick. Having to keep rushing to the toilet  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

My GF and I bought and consumed the new monster Big Mac on Saturday Feb. 10th, 2018 @ 10pm. The next day we both had severe stomach pain, constant diarhhea, hot flashes and fever. I have missed the last 3 days at work.. forcing me to go… See more

I ate a big Mac at mc Donald's on 15 and Harper that night. The next morning I woke up nauseous. Next I started to get chills and diarrhea then last I puked. Afterwards my body was sore like I've been working out.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Soreness

Had the Grand big mac on the 7th with some fries and strawberry milkshake, woke up the next morning with stomach cramps, sweating and vomited.. still going on 2 days later apart from the sickness.. not cool  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Sweating
