I got sick off of eating Lucky Charms Cereal. As soon as I ate it I started to gag and cough really bad and I began to have trouble breathing. Several minutes later I began to get hives all over my body. I ended up in urgent care from this.  | Symptoms: Cough, Other, Skin Rash, Shortness of Breath

Had a bowl of Great Value Toasted O's Breakfast Cereal which is the generic version of plain cheerios and got sick almost immediately. At first I felt stomach pain and bloating that lasted about 12 hours followed by dark urine and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Bloating, Dark Urine

Ate the cereal, Honey Nut Cheerio's, brand new box, and got sick. Odd to note the bag was filled to the top, couldn't fit any more in the bag, it was hard to open like that.
