Chalupa Food Poisoning

I ate a banana at breakfast and went to Taco Bell and had a steak chalupa . About 30 min later I got the chills , threw up and had diarrhea for 3 days with more bouts of vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills

Had nothing to eat all day except 2 chalupa sorry spelling. At about 11:30. By 4am I thought my guts were being torn out I didn't know which was gonna go first vomit or diareah I spell terrible. I am so sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a chalupa, a few minutes after i was done i began to experience an upset stomach followed by diarrhea and vomiting. It lasted an entire day and i became hopitalized after having symptoms of dizziness and feeling weak.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness, Dizziness

I had a Chalupa with beans (no meat) and a mexican pizza with beans (no meat). I also had a corn on the cob from Long Jones that is with Taco Bell in Lansdale PA  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
