5 cheese Pizza, Ate the pizza on the 6th at around 10pm. Woke up around 4am to diarrhea. Woke up again around 7 to diarrhea and vomiting. Consistent vomiting and diarrhea around once an hour until around 4pm when I went to hospital.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
