Ate the grilled chicken sandwich for lunch and felt terrible a few hours later. Now 36 hours later I still can't eat and am working on drinking liquids. Worst Chick-Fil-A ever...last time we went there we found a hair in our food and now this!!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Ate spinach leaves with grilled chicken and a small amount of balsamic vinaigrette. Spinach tasted like soap, I questioned the freshness of the leaves as he put them in the bowl.

1 hr later huge ripping stomach ache and gas bubbles.

2 days later diarrhea and slimy green stool.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Gas
