I ate a spicy mcchicken and then about 4 hours later had extreme stomach ache and then I couldn’t sleep through the night thinking I was gonna throw up and then that next morning I puked twice and I still today have a bad stomach ache and have had diarrhea  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Ate a Deluxe McChicken. Within 1 to 2 hours, started having stomach cramps. Have had diarrhea and stomach cramps all the following day.
