I ate at a McDonalds at around 10:30PM and I got a McChicken and a McDouble. The McChicken seemed fine but what I noticed from the McDouble was that it was extremely cold, like it had been sitting for a while. I now have an extremely bad headache and diarrhea, and feel extremely nauseous.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache

I got the McChicken and small fry. I ate it Monday around 4:35 and started to have stomach aches around 6pm. By 9pm, I was sweating and had the chills. I did not vomit but had bad diarrhea, stomach pains, and no appetite. I took my temp and it was 100.1  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Chills, Sweating, Stomach Pain, Loss of Appetite

I ate a mcchicken at about 8:30pm 3/26/2018 went to bed around 11 woke up at 3am vomiting. Woke up again at 5am vomiting again at 7am it is now 9am I’m still vommiting I’m about to go to the emergency room.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I simply ate the McChicken and I immediately started to have stomach virus symptoms, I threw up 2 times, everytime I would drink something it would come back up when I threw up, my stomach was aching and I had heat flashes and diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

March 20, 2018 got a mcchicken for lunch around noon, an hour or two later started feeling nauseas which continued to worsen throughout the evening, got chills and diarrhea.
