3 of us had lunch on Monday. 2 had chicken /Mexican salad. 1 had pork taco salad.

I had a mexican pizza and 2 soft tacos at around 6:00pm. At around 9:00pm I started to feel a headache and stomach ache. In the morning there was just nonstop diarrhea. Every 30 minutes or so I had to use the bathroom which was unusual for me. I knew it had to be the taco bell. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache, Stomach Pain
