We order Pizza night, Pepperoni/Hawaiian pizzas. Husband and I woke up early in the morning with stomach cramps plus other unpleasant symptoms of food poisoning. Husband slightly worse, perhaps the pineapple added to it (I didn’t eat any Hawaiian slices).  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Made a frozen Digiorno stuffed crust pepperoni pizza cooked exactly as the package said to, and about 3 hours later, i started getting bad stomach pain and started throwing up. Pizza, I ate at about 7:11 pm. I had serious cramps in the lower and middle of my abdomen and after the cramps episode I had diarrhea. By the way if this helps, I did have constipation for about 3 weeks before this all happened.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Constipation
