Around bout 9 pm I order food. I ate fries pizza and wings I was woken up by stomach pains really bad it's been bout 13 hours plus it was the last thing I ate  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I don’t eat pizza often but I had craving.. I ordered the usual and about 15 - 20 mins after eating I had horrible cramps and liquid diarrhea.. sorry for the TMI! I won’t be eating pizza for a long long time now ?  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Ate pizza with fresh basil on top, got tummy ache immediately after and got sick after 3 hours of eating, my boyfriend after 5. Was sick for 12 hours then just diarrhea for 2 weeks and nausea for a month. Left sample when I got home to Sweden and had gotten infected with ecoli, eaec and epec.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea

I ordered a Medium Pepperoni pizza with peppercorn ranch. I had about 2 slices and I started to feel a bit unwell. After a few minutes I started feeling like I was going to throw up. I drank a glass of water but I still ended up being sick.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
