Friday Sept 1 - vegetarian pizza. 4-5 hours later diarrhea started, followed by intense vomiting, cramps, chills and fever for approximately 9 hours. I was alone so I don't know if anyone else got sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Chills

Ordered chicken 65 and vegetarian dish on doordash. I specifically called and asked restaurant to make sure it was healthy and free of nuts. Doordash refused to take it up. The restaurants seems to get away with serving stale food.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Got a severe case of food poisoning from a Blue Apron meal of vegetarian risotto. It was probably from the mascarpone cheese. The box did have ice packs but its hot here and that may have caused something to go bad  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I took a flight from Dubai to Brussels and was served the vegetarian lunch (paneer curry). I felt immediately bad but managed to convinced myself it just came from the exhaustion etc. On the bus to the hotel I couldn’t hold it back and puked out the whole curry.
