- comments: found the following tcs foods at improper temperature: ready to eat ham slices, raw pooled eggs, cut tomato slices, etc. . . 55-60 degrees in temperature. All food located in reach in cooler top that was open to the heat of the prep area. All food was discarded at this time, instructed to keep reach in closed when not in use. Approx value $100. 00 30lbs priority violation 7-38-005 citation issued

- comments: observed approx 200-250 droppings in basement area of establishment, approx 30-40 droppings at rear prep pantry area. Instructed to detail clean and sanitize all areas of establishment. Contact pest control for service and maintain free from pest activity. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) citation issued
