After eaten super serve in the plane, I was on Lufthansa flight from Toronto to Munich on April 4, 2019. I ate rice and beef, salads and cheese cake they served for dinner. The symptoms started around 5 hours after having a hamburger and lasted several days.

Always felt a bit off after anything sweet at Starbucks but today my pumpkin spice latter
