The garlic wrap of the day meal. Threw up twice at night, then 2 during the day.
Struggled to eat and drink. Was only able to eat small things 24 hours after. Masivly dehydrated and malnourished.  | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea, Vomitando, desidratação

Ate the Vegetable bake this morning before school. Thank god my son didn’t want it.

Around 3:15 I am having SEVERE stomach cramps. Broke out in a cold sweat feeling so dizzy. I can barely walk.
