Ordered sub of the day, tuna sandwich with light mayo and vegetables. Got sore stomach, diarrhea, vomiting after eating one to two hours later on Mar. 30, 2018. Just ate dinner tonight at Panda Express. Had shrimp, beef, chicken and lo mein noodles. Symptoms started 4 hours later with horrible vomitting for me and my husband and progressively got worse.
