我妈妈在两个不同的日子里吃了 Progresso Clam Chowder，相隔几周，大约 1 个半小时后出现了腹泻。第二天她第一次呕吐。我丈夫也遇到了同样的问题，他吃完后会出现腹泻。

我相信我们是从 CVS Mililani Town 95-1249 Meheula Parkway 或位于 Lumiaina 街 94-809 号的 Safeway 购买的。

Ate a chicken salad and my kids had slight fever and was throwing up and could not hold no food down. Next day i hear my friends daughter ate chicken salad from a different jack in the box and she too had the same symptoms as my sons.
