Ate a chicken salad and my kids had slight fever and was throwing up and could not hold no food down. Next day i hear my friends daughter ate chicken salad from a different jack in the box and she too had the same symptoms as my sons. Ordered sub of the day, tuna sandwich with light mayo and vegetables. Got sore stomach, diarrhea, vomiting after eating one to two hours later on Mar. 30, 2018. had really bad diarrhea. The third time I used the restroom I started throwing up & got cold sweats & had diarrhea at the same time. Went home from work & been making dodo & throwing up every hour. Just ate dinner tonight at Panda Express. Had shrimp, beef, chicken and lo mein noodles. Symptoms started 4 hours later with horrible vomitting for me and my husband and progressively got worse. Will be going to doctors tomorrow if not better by the afternoon.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
