Yesterday I ate a salad ( lettuce always seems to be recalled so I should honestly probably stop eating it) and within hours, after not eating anything else, I was having severe vomiting and diarrhea. I had two quessoritos the night before and the next morning was immediately nauseous. I have been throwing up with liquid diarrhea about once ever half hour.
