Had breakfast of 2 eggs overheats, potatoes, toast, strawberry jam(individual new bottle),coffee with sugar and cream at 8 am yesterday, Sunday, September 2nd, 2018. Woke up with gushing watery diarrhea, followed by vomiting. Vomited just once. Today, watery diarrhea every hour or so and ache all over

Ordered the country club sandwich for delivery yesterday afternoon. Woke up at 5:00AM and barely made it to the bathroom before vomiting.
