I ordered my usual club sandwich in Italian Herb and Cheese. I got baloney, pepperjack cheese, lettuce, cucumbers, aregono with lite mayo. The next morning it went downhill from there. I'm never eating here again.  | Sintomas: Diarreia, Náusea, Vomitando

My Husband started bad stomach ache a couple hours after eating in n out- then bad diarrhea all night. Then just violently threw up about 30mims ago. Poor thing is all crampy right now. The only difference was he had the spread (bad mayo may be culprit)… Veja mais

Ordered a ham/cheese with salad and mayo on the Friday, I ate it as soon as I got home which was 20 mins and my 2 year had some bites, I was suffering from stomach cramps all night and then the following afternoon I had the runs… Veja mais
