Salada, palitos de pão e marinara. Nunca tive esse tipo de dor de estômago na minha vida, juntamente com a pior diarréia. Minha filha comeu o espaguete com marinara e ela teve o mesmo problema. I ordered spaghetti and Sicilian meatball dish and immediately after eating and left the restaurant severe diarrhea occurred. No vomiting, but still having diarrhea. No medical treatment needed.

Was craving Chef Boyardee so I went to Walmart and bought a can for the first time in years. Ate the spaghetti and meatballs and within the hour was stricken with horrible diarrhea that was all but unbearable.
