Not sure but maybe broccoli or mushroom - food poisoning  Mom had breakfast, eggs, mushrooms, and used frozen spinach. Today she woke vomiting, nausea, headache, diarrhea all day. I have no symptoms. We ate all the same food except the broccoli and mushrooms.

Purchased Mama Cozzi's supreme self-rising crust pizza from here on 4/8/2021 and cooked it for my husband (I didn't eat any). In about 3 hours after eating the pizza (10pm), he was vomiting and having diarrhea every 30 minutes until about 3:30am.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Started yesterday, Bag salad mix. Started with stomach cramps & pain yesterday afternoon bad enough to double over with it I had a salad from the mix Monday night & early Tues within hours of eating on Tuesday the pain started Tuesday evening and today I've been dealing with it all  | Symptoms: Cramps, Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain

Friday night my dad brother and I ate some bagged shrimp for some tacos for dinner. Everything was fine until Saturday night from 10pm until now (5am) we have all been vomiting and had diarrhea. My mom did not get sick and she did not eat any shrimp which is how we figured it was from that.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other

Turkey Myself and wife had diarrhea after eating premarinate turkey breast from there. Wife stated tasted funny only ate few bites I had 3 sandwiches in 4 days. Had an episode of diarrhea few hours after eating sandwich. It's been 2 weeks still having episodes of diarrhea… See more
