I ate a filet of fish and an apple fritter on 10/30 around noon. That is the only thing I’ve eaten today and I am so sick with nausea and diarrhea that I can barely move. I’ll never eat again!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

I got it. About two hours ago. My stomache is starting to cramp I feel very nauseous. An hour ago I felt like all my energy had been sapped and a chemical rush.
