Two cheeseburgers and a parfait. My 8 year old daughter had this for lunch on Sunday and couldn't eat dinner because she wasn't feeling well. Ran fever over night and had vomiting. Took her to the E.R. Monday morning and she was diagnosed with food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

April 15 2018 2;30 pm took grand child to Mc Donalds at W Genesse St Fairmount NY. 8 year old Granddaughter had a happy meal and soda was fine. I had 1 small strawberry milk shake. Diarrhea started 3 hours later.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

My partner went to McDonald's around 10pm and after we had finished our burgers we both had really bad diarrhoea the hygiene in that place is disgusting (we shouldn't have eat there to be fair) but when you walk in it smells like raw sewage.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
