My partner went to McDonald's around 10pm and after we had finished our burgers we both had really bad diarrhoea the hygiene in that place is disgusting (we shouldn't have eat there to be fair) but when you walk in it smells like raw sewage.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

My brother ate a Big Mac, with fries and then 7 hours later he began to complain about his stomach hurting, he then threw up violently! And he was feeling so bad. His eyes are bloodshot and he is now resting and in pain.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
